Terms of Service

Effective July 31, 2026 · Last updated July 31, 2026

By using CRIT-RATE in its authorized private Discord server, you agree to these Terms and the server rules that apply to you.

1. The service

CRIT-RATE is a private community-management bot operated by CRIT-RATE Bot Administration. It provides reviews, vouches, activity records, quota tools, staff records, inactivity workflows, notifications, and related Discord utilities. It is not offered as a general-purpose public bot and may not function outside the authorized server.

2. Eligibility and access

You must be permitted to use Discord and be an authorized member of the server. Access to particular commands depends on server roles and permissions. Access is a privilege, not a guaranteed right, and may be restricted or removed by server administration.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, harassing, unlawful, or impersonated reviews, vouches, logs, notices, or other records.
  • Manipulate activity totals, quotas, ratings, warnings, permissions, or administrative records.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, exploit, or bypass the bot or its access controls.
  • Use another person’s account or submit private or account-login information through the bot.
  • Use CRIT-RATE in violation of Discord’s terms, the authorized server’s rules, or applicable law.

4. Reviews and community records

Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their submissions. Reviews and administrative records reflect user or staff input and are not independently verified guarantees. Authorized staff may review, correct, hide, or remove content; resolve disputes; and take moderation or staffing action under community rules. CRIT-RATE does not guarantee any account-related service performed by a community member.

5. Account services warning

Some “services vouch” records may concern arrangements where one member accesses another member’s game account. CRIT-RATE Bot Administration is not a party to those arrangements, does not request or store login credentials, and does not endorse account sharing. Account sharing may carry security risks or violate a game publisher’s rules. Users assume responsibility for their own choices and should never provide credentials to the bot.

6. Availability and changes

The bot is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent retention of records, or compatibility with every Discord change.

7. Intellectual property

CRIT-RATE’s original branding, configuration, and bot materials belong to their respective owner. Discord, Marvel, Marvel Rivals, Gambit, and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. CRIT-RATE is an independent community utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, Marvel, NetEase Games, or their affiliates.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRIT-RATE is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that records will always be complete, error-free, secure, or available, or that community members will perform promised services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRIT-RATE Bot Administration will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, account access, reputation, or opportunities; Discord or game enforcement; or disputes between community members arising from use of the bot.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, community rules, safety requirements, or Discord requirements. You may stop using CRIT-RATE at any time by leaving the server or no longer interacting with it. Data requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Kentucky, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the bot or community practices change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to critratebot@gmail.com.
